A delicious and simple-to-make skewers for your summer BBQ!

Ingredients
200g pork belly/should steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
150g pineapple chunks
1 small onion, cut in chunks
2 small bell peppers, cut into bite-sized chunks
coriander, to garnish
Marinade for pork
1 tsp light soy sauce
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Honey glaze
2 tbsp clear honey
1 tsp light soy sauce
To Serve
Thai sweet chilli dipping sauce or sriracha sauce
Instruction
Marinade the pork and let it sit for at least 15 mins.
Pre-heat the grill/oven at 180C.
Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 10mins then drain.
Combine ingredients for the honey glaze in a small bowl, set aside.
Thread the pork, pineapple , onion, and bell pepper pieces onto the skewers.
Brush the skewers with the honey glaze.
Place the skewers on grill/baking tray and cook for 30-35mins, turn and brush the skewers with the honey glaze occasionally (about every 10mins) to make sure they are evenly cooked and seasoned.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
