Seared Sea Bass with Fresh Herbs and Lime

Again, a heart-winning dish for any fish loveršŸ’–šŸŸIt comes together in just a snap.

Serve 2

Ingredients you will need

2 boneless sea bass fillets

1 lime, cut in wedges

2 fresh rosemary

4-5 fresh thyme

15g butter

a pinch of salt and pepper, to season

Instruction

  1. Heat the butter in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high.

  2. Add herbs to the pan and pan fry it for 2 mins until aromatic.

  3. Add the salmon fillets, skin side down, cook for 5 mins.

  4. Flip and cook the fillets, add lime wedges to the pan, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, cook for further 3-4 mins

  5. Transfer to plate and serve hot with side dishes.
