Ingredients you will need
2 boneless sea bass fillets
1 lime, cut in wedges
2 fresh rosemary
4-5 fresh thyme
15g butter
a pinch of salt and pepper, to season
Instruction
Heat the butter in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high.
Add herbs to the pan and pan fry it for 2 mins until aromatic.
Add the salmon fillets, skin side down, cook for 5 mins.
Flip and cook the fillets, add lime wedges to the pan, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, cook for further 3-4 mins
Transfer to plate and serve hot with side dishes.
